    Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering was established in the year 2002 by Kunnathunadu S.N.D.P Union, head quartered at Perumbavoor with a view to accomplish the ideals of Sree Narayana Guru (1855-1928), the great sage and social reformer who is considered as the leader of IndianRenaissance movement.All India council For Technical Education accorded sanction for offering three B.Tech courses in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERINGELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERINGELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERINGin the institution from the academic year 2002-2003 .The sanctioned intake for all the courses are 60 each and the institution is affiliated to MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY ,KOTTAYAM.
